Hot Fudge Sundaes Recipe
Ingredients

• 3/4 cup sugar
• 6 tablespoons baking cocoa
• 1 can (5 ounces) evaporated milk
• 1/3 cup butter, cubed
• 3/4 cup miniature marshmallows
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• Vanilla ice cream as required
• Nuts and maraschino cherries, (optional)

Directions

1. In a large saucepan, combine sugar and cocoa and stir in milk.
   
2. Add butter.Bring to a boil over medium heat.
   
3. Cook and stir until sugar is dissolved.
   
4. Add marshmallows and cook until melted.
   
5. Remove from the heat stir in vanilla.
   
6. Serve with ice cream.
   
7. Top with nuts and cherries if desired.
