Beef steaks

Ingredients
  • 2 Beef flay
  • 200 gram Mix vegetable
  • 2 Potatoes boiled
  • ½ cup Cream
  • 1 ½ tbsp Black pepper crushed
  • 6 tbsp Red vinegar
  • 6 tbsp Soya sauce
  • 1 tbsp Brown sugar
  • 1 cup Chicken stock
  • 1 tbsp Corn flour
  • 1/3 tbsp Paprika/ red chilli powder
  • 2 tbsp Chilli garlic sauce
  • ½ cup Butter
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • Salt as required
Directions
  1. Take a pan and mix oil and butter in it. Now take beef flay and marinate it with 1 tbsp of black pepper, 2 tbsp of red vinegar, salt and cook it on low flame with both sides.
  2. When meat tenderized grill mark it by putting it on hot grill pan. When its ready take it out on steak platters.
  3. Take a mixing bowl and put boiled potato, cream, pinch of salt, pinch of black pepperand mix it well.
  4. Cut all the vegetables in julienne cutting. Put butter into pan and add all vegetables, 1/3 cup of stock, pinch of salt, pinch of black pepper and cook it well . then draw it on steaks platter.
  5. Put butter and oil into the pan and add remaining stock, Soya sauce, brown sugar, black pepper, chilli garlic sauce, salt and red chilli powder and mix it well. . in last mix corn flour in the water and pour it into the pan and mix it.
  6. when its become thick pour it into the steaks platter.
