- 200 grams Chicken bone less
- 1 tbsp Bar b q sauce
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 tbsp Garlic paste
- 1 tsp Red chilli powder
- 2 to 3 tbsp Oil
- Salt as required
For pizza dough:
- ½ kg White flour
- 1 sachet Yeast
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 2 tsp Baking powder
For topping:
- 1 Capsicum sliced
- 1 Tomato sliced
- ½ cup Mushrooms
- ½ cup Black olives
- 1 cup Pizza sauce
- 400 grams Mozzarella cheese
Directions
- In a bowl add 1 tbsp of bar b q sauce, 1 tbsp of garlic paste, 2 tbsp of lemon juice, 1 tbsp of red chilli powder and salt. Mix well, add the chicken pieces.
- Heat oil in pan and fry the chicken pieces till it turns golden brown. Turn the flame off.
- Add 1 sachet of yeast in lukewarm water along with 1tbsp of sugar.
- Leave a side for 15 minutes till it rises. Now add 1 kg white flour, salt and 2 tsp of baking powder.
- Knead until smooth dough is formed. Cover with a plastic sheet and leave a side in a warm place for 3-4 hours until the dough rises.
- Knead the dough again until a uniform consistency is reached.
- Preheat oven at 200C
- Make small round balls with the dough and roll them with a rolling pin.
- Spread the sauce onto the base of each flattened dough. A
- dd chopped capsicum, chopped tomatoes, sliced mushrooms and chicken pieces.
- Roll each dough and bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
