- 2 cups (8 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese, divided
- 1-1/3 cups salsa
- 1 cup cubed cooked chicken
Dough Ingredients
- 1-1/2cup Plain flour
- 1 Egg
- 1tbsp Yeast
- 1tbsp Sugar
- 1/2tsp Salt
- 2tbsp Oil
Directions
- In a bowl add the plain flour, egg, yeast, sugar, salt, oil .Knead to form a smooth dough .Keep aside for half an hour.
- When the dough rises, form a roti. Now Sprinkle with 3/4 cup of cheese. Top with the salsa, chicken and remaining cheese. Bake at 450° for 8-10 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
