- 300 gm Meat
- 2 Fried onion
- 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
- ½ tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Red chili powder
- 2 tbsp Gram flour
- ½ tsp All spice powder
- 1 tbsp Poppy seeds
- 1 tbsp Coconut powder
- 1 Egg
- 2 Green chilies
Ingredients for Gravy
- 4 Tomato
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 1 tsp Crushed red chili
- 1 tsp Whole coriander
- 1 tsp Dry fenugreek leaves
- ½ tsp All spice powder
- ½ tsp Salt
- ½ cup Oil
Directions
- Chop meat, along with fried onion, ginger garlic paste, salt, red chili powder, all spice powder, poppy seeds, coconut powder and green chilies in a chopper.
- Add 1 egg and 2 tbsp gram flour, make small kofta.Heat oil and fry kofta and keep aside.
- In a Karhai add chopped tomatoes,Now add ½ tsp salt, 1 tsp cumin, crushed red chili, whole coriander, 1 tsp dried fenugreek leaves, and ½ tsp all spice powder and cook for 5-10 mnts add fried kofta then mix it.
- Then add green chilies and fresh coriander. Turn the flame off and serve.
