Ras mallai

Ingredients
  • 2 cup Milk powder
  • 1-1/2 cupFresh milk
  • 250 grams Khoya
  • 2 Egg
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 tsp Cardamom powder
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 2 tbsp White flour
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • Kewra essence few drops
  • ½ cup Almomd pistachio
Directions
  1. Take pan and boil milk in it. Now add khoya and kewra essence into and cook it for a while.
  2. Put dry milk, clarified butter, white flour and baking powder and mix it well. Beat the egg and pour it slightly and knead it.
  3. Now make balls from the dough and put it in boiled milk. When balls comes on surface, turn off the stove.
  4. Cool it and garnish it with almond.
