- 2 cup Milk powder
- 1-1/2 cupFresh milk
- 250 grams Khoya
- 2 Egg
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 tsp Cardamom powder
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 2 tbsp White flour
- 2 tbsp Oil
- Kewra essence few drops
- ½ cup Almomd pistachio
Directions
- Take pan and boil milk in it. Now add khoya and kewra essence into and cook it for a while.
- Put dry milk, clarified butter, white flour and baking powder and mix it well. Beat the egg and pour it slightly and knead it.
- Now make balls from the dough and put it in boiled milk. When balls comes on surface, turn off the stove.
- Cool it and garnish it with almond.
