Creme Caramel

Ingredients
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 4 Egg
  • 3 tbsp Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla essence
  • Yellow color few drops
  • 3 tbsp Sugar for base
Directions
  1. Melt sugar till light golden, spread in a mold. And allow to set.
  2. In a large bowl mix eggs with whisk add sugar and mix then Add milk,vanilla essence , color and mix it well.
  3. Strain mixture over the set sugar base. Bake in a pre heated oven on 180 degrees over a water bath for 45 minutes.
  4. Cool overnight in fridge. Unmold and serve.
