Creme Caramel
- 2 cups Milk
- 4 Egg
- 3 tbsp Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla essence
- Yellow color few drops
- 3 tbsp Sugar for base
Directions
- Melt sugar till light golden, spread in a mold. And allow to set.
- In a large bowl mix eggs with whisk add sugar and mix then Add milk,vanilla essence , color and mix it well.
- Strain mixture over the set sugar base. Bake in a pre heated oven on 180 degrees over a water bath for 45 minutes.
- Cool overnight in fridge. Unmold and serve.
