Chicken Tikka
Ingredients
  • 1 kg Chicken cut into pieces
  • 2 tsp Chili powder
  • 1-1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  • ¼ cup Lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp Yogurt
  • 1/2 tsp Black paper powder
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • Orange food color pinch
Directions
  1. In a bowl marinate chicken with chili powder,salt,ginger-garlic paste,lemon juice,yoghurt,black paper and oil.
  2. Leave it for 2 hours. Bake in a pre heated oven, for 30 minutes on 180 degrees.
  3. Brush with oil.
  4. Serve with Chatni and salad.
