- 1 kg Chicken cut into pieces
- 2 tsp Chili powder
- 1-1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
- ¼ cup Lemon juice
- 2 tbsp Yogurt
- 1/2 tsp Black paper powder
- 3 tbsp oil
- Orange food color pinch
Directions
- In a bowl marinate chicken with chili powder,salt,ginger-garlic paste,lemon juice,yoghurt,black paper and oil.
- Leave it for 2 hours. Bake in a pre heated oven, for 30 minutes on 180 degrees.
- Brush with oil.
- Serve with Chatni and salad.
