Twister
Ingredients
  • 2 Chicken breast
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika powder
  • 1 tbsp Chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp Chili garlic sauce
  • 1 cup Corn crumbs
  • 1/4 cup Self raising flour
  • Ice berg lettuce sliced as required
  • 1 tbsp Hot sauce
  • 1 Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp White vinegar
  • 1 Tomato Cube cutting
Ingredients for batter
  • 2 tbsp Flour
  • ½ tsp Baking powder
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp White pepper
  • ½ tsp Paprika
  • 1 tbsp Chili sauce
  • Water as reqired
Ingredients for tortillas
  • 2 cup Flour
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Baking powder
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • water as required
Directions
  1. In a bowl knead 2cups of flour, 1/2tsp salt,1/2 tsp baking powder and 2 tbsp oil with water to form a medium dough, leave covered for 30 minutes.
  2. Then make rotis (tortillas) of a dinner size plate and cook both the sides on a tawa, cover and keep warm.
  3. In a seprate bowl mix together 2tbsp of flour,1/2 tsp of baking powder,1/2tsp salt, 1/2tsp white pepper,1/2 tsp paprika,1 tbsp chili sauce and water .
  4. Mix all the ingredients well until a batter of medium consistency is formed.
  5. Cut boneless breast into 3 inch long stripes, and marinate with salt, pepper, paprika, chili sauce, chili garlic sauce for 30 minutes.
  6. Dip in batter roll in combined corn crumbs and self raising flour mixture, fry till crisp and golden.
  7. Put the Roti (tortillas) on a table, topped with fried chicken stripes, tomato cubes, sliced lettuce, mayonnaise sauce, hot sauce and fold like roll.
