Sheesh Taouk
Ingredients
- ½ kg Chicken boneless cut in cube
- 1 tsp Garlic paste
- ½ tsp White pepper
- 1 tsp Mustard powder
- 3 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 3 tbsp Yogurt
- 2 tbsp Tahini sauce
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Oregano leaves
Directions
- Marinate chicken with 1 tsp Garlic paste, ½ tsp White pepper, 1 tsp Mustard powder, 3 tbsp Mayonnaise, 3 tbsp Yogurt, 2 tbsp Thyme, 2 tbsp Lemon juice, 1 tsp Salt and 1 tsp Oregano leaves for 2 hours in the fridge.
- Put chicken pieces on skewers.
- Grill in 2 tbsp oil. Now put it in a pan, put a burning coal on a foil in the pan, drop some oil on it and cover.
- Serve immediately with tahini sauce and garnish with chopped coriander.
