Sheesh Taouk
Ingredients
  • ½ kg Chicken boneless cut in cube
  • 1 tsp Garlic paste
  • ½ tsp White pepper
  • 1 tsp Mustard powder
  • 3 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 3 tbsp Yogurt
  • 2 tbsp Tahini sauce
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Oregano leaves
Directions
  1. Marinate chicken with 1 tsp Garlic paste, ½ tsp White pepper, 1 tsp Mustard powder, 3 tbsp Mayonnaise, 3 tbsp Yogurt, 2 tbsp Thyme, 2 tbsp Lemon juice, 1 tsp Salt and 1 tsp Oregano leaves for 2 hours in the fridge.
  2. Put chicken pieces on skewers.
  3. Grill in 2 tbsp oil. Now put it in a pan, put a burning coal on a foil in the pan, drop some oil on it and cover.
  4. Serve immediately with tahini sauce and garnish with chopped coriander.
