KASHMIRI FISH
Ingredients:
- Boneless fish half kg cubes
- Oil half cup
- Onion 1 cup chopped
- Tomatoes 2 blended
- Tamarind pulp 2 tbsp
- Sugar and salt 1 tsp
- Coriander leaves chopped 1 tbsp
- Kashmiri red chilies soaked and grinded 6
- Coriander seeds roasted and grinded 1 tbsp
- Cuming seeds roasted n grinded 1 tbsp
- Ginger garlic paste1 tbsp
- Coconut milk quarter cup
Method:
- Heat oil. Add onion with ginger garlic paste fry till light golden. Add tomatoes grinded spices fry well till oil comes on top add fish with tamarind pulp sugar coconut milk q cup cover and cook till done lastly add coriander leaves.
