Sweet and Sour Chicken 


Ingredients:
  • Chicken (Boneless, cubed, with vinegar) ½ kg
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Black Pepper ½ tsp
  • Corn Flour 1 tbsp
  • Egg (Beaten) ½
Ingredients for Sauce:
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Garlic (Crushed) 2 tbsp
  • Sugar 2 tbsp
  • Suree Sweet Sauce ½ cup
  • Vinegar 3 tbsp
  • Soy Sauce 2 tbsp
  • Corn Flour 1 tbsp
  • Water ¼ cup
  • Salt ¼ tsp
  • Black Pepper ¼ tsp
Method:
  • Heat oil, fry garlic and add all the sauce ingredients.Thicken the sauce with corn flour amd fold in the fried chicken.Marinate the chicken with all the ingredients, dip in the beaten egg and fry.
