Hong Kong Fried Chicken 


Ingredients:
  • Chicken (Boneless, cubed) ½ kg
Ingredients for Marination:
  • Flour ½ cup
  • Corn Flour ½ cup
  • Egg (Beaten) 1
  • Garlic (Crushed) 1 tsp
  • Dark Soy Sauce 1 tbsp
  • Light Soy Sauce 1 tbsp
  • Vinegar 1 tbsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Black Pepper ½ tsp
  • Oil For deep frying
Ingredients for Sauce:
  • Garlic (Crushed) 2 tsp
  • Vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Brown Sugar 2 tbsp
  • Ketchup 2 tbsp
  • Worcestershire Sauce 2 tbsp
  • Water ½ cup
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Black Pepper ½ tsp
  • Corn Flour 1 tbsp
  • Oil As required
Method:
  • Marinate chicken with all ingredients for marination and deep fry twice.Serve with prepared sauce.
Method for Sauce:
  • Heat oil, fry garlic and add in all the rest of the ingredients for sauce.
