Grilled Sesame Chicken
Ingredients:
- Chicken 1
- Ginger-Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
- Yogurt 4 tbsp
- Sesame Seeds 2 tbsp
- Hoisen Sauce 2 tbsp
- Suree Siracha Sauce 2 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Fresh Coriander 4 tbsp
- Oil 1 tbsp
- Onion, Mint As required
Method:
- To chicken pieces add 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste and 4 tbsp whisked yogurt. Along with this add 2 tbsp of roasted sesame seeds,Suree Siracha Sauce, Hoisen Sauce , 4 tbsp fresh coriander and 1 tbsp oil. Mix everything well and leave the chicken to marinate for 1 hour.Then bake the chicken at 180 C for 40 minutes. Turn sides after half an hour. In the end garnish with onion and mint and serve.
