Hunter Beef Sandwiches
Ingredients
- Hunter beef shredded 200 gm
- Capsicum 1 finely chopped
- Onion 1 thinly sliced
- Jalapeno pepper 8 to 10 slices
- Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
- Allspice ½ tsp
- Salt ¼ tsp
- Mustard paste 1 tsp
- Tomato 1 finely cubed
- Hot dog buns 4
- Butter and mayonnaise to spread on buns
Method
- Shred hunter beef, mix with all the given ingredients, spread in toasted hot dog buns, grill till toasted, serve hot.
