Chicken pepper steak
Ingredients
- Chicken 2 breast flatten with side bone attached
- Crushed garlic 1 tsp
- Chili sauce 2 tbsp
- Soya sauce 2 tbsp
- Wooster shier sauce 1 tbsp
- Hp sauce 1 tbsp
- Salt and black pepper ¼ tsp each
- Rosemary leaves ½ tsp
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Baked potato 1
- Boiled vegetables to serve
Ingredients for pepper sauce
- Butter 1 tbsp
- Flour 2 tsp
- Hp sauce 1 tbsp
- Salt ¼ tsp
- Crushed black pepper ½ tsp
- Stock ½ cup
- Fresh cream 2 tbsp
- Rosemary leaves ½ tsp
Method for sauce
- Heat butter add flour with salt and pepper, add stock, cook till thick, and lastly add fresh cream and rosemary leaves.
Method for steak
- Marinate chicken with all the given ingredients, heat 1 tbsp butter and 1 tbsp oil grill your chicken pieces for 10 minutes until done, add in the pepper sauce, cook for 5 minutes, remove in a sizzler, serve garnished with boiled vegetables and baked potato.
