Amrood ki Bhujia
Ingredients:
- Amrood / Guavas ½ Kg
- Coriander ½ tsp
- White Cumin ½ tsp
- Red Chillies 1tsp
- Nigella Seeds ½ tsp
- Ginger ½ tsp
- Garlic ½ tsp
- Fennel Seeds Roosted ½ tsp
- Zera Roosted ½ tsp
- Oil ¼ Cup
Method:
- Cut the guava into medium size pieces. Heat oil grind all the Masala except cumin,nigella seed and fennel seeds . In the oil put zera when brown add all the masala with little water and cook when the masala is browned add the guavas and fry well. Put 1 cup water and cover it and when tender put zera rosted put fennel seeds, kalonji into the guavas stir well serve.
