Amrood ki Bhujia


Ingredients:
  • Amrood / Guavas ½ Kg
  • Coriander ½ tsp
  • White Cumin ½ tsp
  • Red Chillies 1tsp
  • Nigella Seeds ½ tsp
  • Ginger ½ tsp
  • Garlic ½ tsp
  • Fennel Seeds Roosted ½ tsp
  • Zera Roosted ½ tsp
  • Oil ¼ Cup
Method:
  • Cut the guava into medium size pieces. Heat oil grind all the Masala except cumin,nigella seed and fennel seeds . In the oil put zera when brown add all the masala with little water and cook when the masala is browned add the guavas and fry well. Put 1 cup water and cover it and when tender put zera rosted put fennel seeds, kalonji into the guavas stir well serve.
