Egg fried rice
Ingredients
- Rice ½ kg boiled until done
- Spring onion 1 cup chopped
- Carrot ½ cup chopped in small cubes
- Eggs 2 beaten
- Oil ¼ cup
- Garlic crushed 1 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Black pepper ½ tsp
- Soya sauce 2 tbsp
Method
- Heat oil add chopped garlic, fry for 1 minute add beaten egg, add vegetables with boiled rice, mix all well, add seasonings and soya sauce, toss well and remove.
