Egg fried rice


Ingredients
  • Rice ½ kg boiled until done
  • Spring onion 1 cup chopped
  • Carrot ½ cup chopped in small cubes
  • Eggs 2 beaten
  • Oil ¼ cup
  • Garlic crushed 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Black pepper ½ tsp
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
Method
  • Heat oil add chopped garlic, fry for 1 minute add beaten egg, add vegetables with boiled rice, mix all well, add seasonings and soya sauce, toss well and remove.
