Ingredients
- Mince double machined ½ kg
- Salt 1 tsp
- Chili powder 1 tsp heaped
- Allspice 1 tsp
- Roasted and crushed cumin 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
- Onion 1 raw grinded
- Onion 1 brown grinded 2 tbsp
- Bread slices 2 large
- Coriander leaves 2 tbsp chopped
- Green chilies 3 to 4 chopped
- Egg 1
To serve
Method
- Marinate mince with all the above ingredients Salt 1 tsp, Chili powder 1 tsp heaped, Allspice 1 tsp, Roasted and crushed cumin 1 tsp, Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp, Onion 1 raw grinded, Onion 1 brown grinded 2 tbsp, Bread slices 2 large, Coriander leaves 2 tbsp chopped, Green chilies 3to 4 chopped, Egg 1 for 2 hours, make into sausage shape kababs, pan fry, give dum of coal, serve in a handi, top with 2 tbsp butter, onion rings, tomato rings and mint leaves.
