Taskeen-e-jaan sharbat
Ingredients
- Milk 1 kg
- Sugar 6 to 7 tbsp
- Tuk malinga 2 tbsp soaked
- Vanilla essence ½ tsp
- Pink color few drops
- Almonds and pistachio chopped 4 tbsp
- China grass 2 tbsp soaked in 1 ½ cup water and few drops of red color till set
Method
- In your milk mix sugar with vanilla essence, almonds and pistachio, pink color, soaked tuk malinga, grated china grass, serve chilled.
