Rabbri key parcel
Ingredients
- Samosa patti 2 dozen
- Khoya 250 gm
- Rabbri 250 gm
- Sugar 2 tbsp
- Cardamom powder 1 tsp
- Almonds and pistachio chopped 2 tbsp each
- Flour paste to seal parcels
Method
- In a bowl mix all the ingredients together put 2 samosa patti in a cross, fill with filling, seal as shown, freeze for 2 hours then deep fry in hot oil.
