Malpura
Ingredients
- Flour 2 cups
- Semolina ½ cup
- Sugar ½ cup
- Eggs 4
- Yellow color ¼ tsp
- Green cardamom powder 1 tsp
- Soda by carb ½ tsp
- Water to make batter
- Ghee for frying
Method
- Put all in a bowl except ghee, make into a thin batter, cover and leave it for 4 hours, just before frying add ½ tsp soda by carb, mix well, deep fry in a tai or large fry pan in ghee, serve with balai or rabri.
