Harira


Ingredients
  • Milk 2 cups
  • Chopped pistachio 1 tbsp heaped
  • Chopped almonds 1 tbsp heaped
  • Cardamom grinded ½ tsp
  • Ghee 1 tbsp
  • Sugar 2 tbsp
Method
  • Heat ghee in a pan add finely grounded almonds and pistachio, fry for 2 minutes add sugar with milk and green cardamom, cook for 10 minutes, you can add pinch of zaffran if required, serve hot.
