Harira
Ingredients
- Milk 2 cups
- Chopped pistachio 1 tbsp heaped
- Chopped almonds 1 tbsp heaped
- Cardamom grinded ½ tsp
- Ghee 1 tbsp
- Sugar 2 tbsp
Method
- Heat ghee in a pan add finely grounded almonds and pistachio, fry for 2 minutes add sugar with milk and green cardamom, cook for 10 minutes, you can add pinch of zaffran if required, serve hot.
