Smokey Chicken Wings
Ingredients
- Chicken wings (with skin) ½ kg
- Garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
- Worchester sauce 2 tbsp
- HP sauce 3 tbsp
- Tomato paste 1 tbsp
- Chili powder 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper powder ¼ tsp
- Charcoal 1 piece
- Butter 2 tbsp
Method
- Divide each chicken wing into two halves.Add 1tbsp ginger garlic paste,2tbsp lemon juice, red chili powder, salt as required and 1/4tsp black pepperNow add 1 1/2tbsp butter , 2tbsp Worcestershire sauce ,3tbsp HP sauce and 1tbsp tomato pasteMix well to coast and marinatePlace the chicken on an oven tray and bake at 200C for 10-12 minutesRemove chicken from the oven and place in a pan. Lower a piece of burning coal and either pour oil on the coal or put a dollop of butterCover immediately.Remove the coal after a few minutes and serve.
