Semolina cake


Ingredients
  • Semolina 1 cup
  • Sugar ½ cup+ ¼ cup for syrup
  • Oil ½ cup
  • Cream ½ cup
  • Eggs 2
Method
  • In a bowl beat oil and sugar well, add eggs one at a time, fold in semolina and cream, bake in a preheated oven for 20 minutes, make sugar syrup with ¼ cup sugar and ¼ cup water, cool and pour on the hot cake.
