Semolina cake
Ingredients
- Semolina 1 cup
- Sugar ½ cup+ ¼ cup for syrup
- Oil ½ cup
- Cream ½ cup
- Eggs 2
Method
- In a bowl beat oil and sugar well, add eggs one at a time, fold in semolina and cream, bake in a preheated oven for 20 minutes, make sugar syrup with ¼ cup sugar and ¼ cup water, cool and pour on the hot cake.
