Mutton Okra


Ingredients
  • Mutton mince ½ kg
  • Small ladyfinger ½ kg
  • Onion chopped 2
  • Green chilies chopped 3 – 4
  • Tomatoes chopped 3
  • Coriander leaves ¼ bunch
  • Salt to taste
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Crushed cumin seeds 1 tbsp
  • Dy fenugreek leaves 1 tsp
  • Crushed red pepper 1 tbsp
  • Oil ¼ cup
  • Oil for fry
Method
  • Finely chop ladyfinger and deep fry till crisp.Heat ¼ cup oil in a pan, add ginger garlic paste and ½ kg mutton mince, fry well till water dries.Now add 2 chopped onion, 3 – 4 chopped green chilies, chopped tomatoes, coriander leaves, crushed cumin seeds, crushed red pepper, salt to taste and 1 tsp turmeric. Fry well.Lastly add 1 tsp dry fenugreek leaves and fried ladyfingers. Dish it out and serve.
