Mutton Okra
Ingredients
- Mutton mince ½ kg
- Small ladyfinger ½ kg
- Onion chopped 2
- Green chilies chopped 3 – 4
- Tomatoes chopped 3
- Coriander leaves ¼ bunch
- Salt to taste
- Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Crushed cumin seeds 1 tbsp
- Dy fenugreek leaves 1 tsp
- Crushed red pepper 1 tbsp
- Oil ¼ cup
- Oil for fry
Method
- Finely chop ladyfinger and deep fry till crisp.Heat ¼ cup oil in a pan, add ginger garlic paste and ½ kg mutton mince, fry well till water dries.Now add 2 chopped onion, 3 – 4 chopped green chilies, chopped tomatoes, coriander leaves, crushed cumin seeds, crushed red pepper, salt to taste and 1 tsp turmeric. Fry well.Lastly add 1 tsp dry fenugreek leaves and fried ladyfingers. Dish it out and serve.
