Chicken Karhai Boti


Ingredients
  • Chicken boneless ½ kg
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Butter 2 tbsp
  • Onion chopped 1
  • Turmeric ½ tsp
  • Cumin powder ½ tsp
  • Coriander powder ½ tsp
  • All spice powder ½ tsp
  • Chili powder 1 tsp
  • Fresh cream 2 tbsp
  • Almond ground 2 tbsp
  • Water ½ cup
  • Yogurt 125 gm
Method
  • Ina wok melt 2tbsp butter and fry the chicken cubes until the color changesAdd 1 chopped onion,1tbsp ginger garlic paste and cook until tenderNow add 1/2tsp turmeric, 1/2tsp cumin powder, 1/2tsp coriander powder, 1/2tsp all spice powder, 1tsp red chili powder, salt as required and 175g yogurt. Mix and cook for a minute or soAdd ½ cup water, cover and simmer for 8-10 minutesNow increase the flame and cook until the oil comes on topStir in a dollop of cream and 2tbsp ground almonds.Serve with naan.
