Stem Grill Beef


Ingredients
  • Beef undercut ½ kg
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Chili powder 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper powder ½ tsp
Ingredient for Marination
  • Oil 2 – 3 tbsp
  • Green chilies chopped 4 – 5
  • Fresh red chilies 2
  • Ginger chopped 1 piece
  • Garlic chopped 3 – 4 cloves
  • Onion chopped 1 medium
  • Celery stick chopped 2
  • Peanut chopped 25 gm
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • Lemon skin ½ tsp
  • Coriander powder ½ tsp
  • Cumin powder ½ tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Aluminum foil as required
Method
  • Cut ½ kg undercut into small steaks shape, marinate with salt to taste, ½ tsp black pepper powder, coriander powder and chili powder.Then put marinated beef in steamer and cook for 15 – 20 minutes.In a bowl mix together 2 – 3 tbsp oil, 4 – 5 chopped green chilies, 2 chopped fresh red chilies, 1 piece of chopped ginger, 3 – 4 cloves of chopped garlic, 1 chopped onion, 2 chopped celery stick, 25 gm chopped peanut, 1 tbsp lemon juice, ½ tsp lemon skin, ½ tsp coriander powder, ½ tsp cumin powder and salt to taste.Now marinate beef steaks with this paste. Wrap each steak in aluminum foil, grill on burning coals till tender from both sides.Serve with mashed potatoes and boiled vegetables.
