Spaghetti Al Tono
Ingredients
- Tuna fish 1 tin
- Leek 1
- Celery stick 1
- Butter 3 tbsp
- Parsley chopped ¼ bunch
- Cream cheese 4 tbsp
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
- Boiled spaghetti ½ packet
- Salt to taste
- Crushed black pepper ½ tsp
- Black olives 5 – 6
- Mushroom chopped ½ cup
- Fresh cream 2 – 3 tbsp
Method
- Boil spaghetti and keep aside.In chopper put together tuna fish, leek, parsley, celery stick, fresh cream, cream cheese and chopperize finely.Remove and keep it aside.Heat oil in a pan, add boiled spaghetti, salt to taste, ½ tsp crushed black pepper, 2 tbsp lemon juice and mix well.Then add tuna and vegetable mixture. Mix well for 1 – 2 minutes. Lastly add in chopped black olives and mushrooms. Mix well.Dish it out and serve.
