Spaghetti Al Tono


Ingredients
  • Tuna fish 1 tin
  • Leek 1
  • Celery stick 1
  • Butter 3 tbsp
  • Parsley chopped ¼ bunch
  • Cream cheese 4 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Boiled spaghetti ½ packet
  • Salt to taste
  • Crushed black pepper ½ tsp
  • Black olives 5 – 6
  • Mushroom chopped ½ cup
  • Fresh cream 2 – 3 tbsp
Method
  • Boil spaghetti and keep aside.In chopper put together tuna fish, leek, parsley, celery stick, fresh cream, cream cheese and chopperize finely.Remove and keep it aside.Heat oil in a pan, add boiled spaghetti, salt to taste, ½ tsp crushed black pepper, 2 tbsp lemon juice and mix well.Then add tuna and vegetable mixture. Mix well for 1 – 2 minutes. Lastly add in chopped black olives and mushrooms. Mix well.Dish it out and serve.
