Pretty Petit Fours
Ingredients:
- ¼ cup butter
- ¼ cup shortening
- 1 cup icing sugar
- 2/3 cup milk
- 3 egg whites
- ½ tsp salt
- 8 ml vanilla essence
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 1/3 cup flour
Method:
- Beat the butter, shortening and icing sugar all together.Then add egg whites in it and mix well.Now add milk, salt, baking powder, flour and vanilla essence and bake it on 180 for 20 mins.Now shape them in your favorite petit fours and enjoy.
