CHINYOTI STEAM CHICKEN
Ingredients:
- Whole chicken 1
- Lemons 4
- White vinegar ½ cup
- Crushed black pepper 1 tbsp
- Ginger powder 2 tbsp
- Soya sauce 2 tbsp
- Oil 4 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Put cuts on chicken. Wash it and add in ½ cup white vinegar, 2 tbsp chopped ginger, salt, 4 lemon juice, 1 tbsp crushed black pepper and 2 tbsp soya sauce. Keep it for half an hour. Put the marinated chicken in the wok and brush 2 tbsp oil and 1 tsp roasted and crushed cumin. Simmer it chinioti steam chicken is ready.
