Chicken Egg on Chicken Toast


Ingredients
  • Chicken mince 300 gm
  • Bread slices 4 – 5
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Spring onion 1
  • Egg 1
  • Corn flour 2 tbsp
  • Parsley chopped ¼ bunch
  • Oil for fry
  • Boiled egg 1
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper powder ¼ tsp
  • Sesame seeds 1 tbsp
  • Mustard paste 2 tbsp
  • Tomato ketchup 2 tbsp
Method
  • In chopper put together 300 chicken mince, 1 egg, 1 boiled egg, 2 tbsp corn flour, 1 spring onion, 1 tbsp sesame seeds and 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste. Chopperize well.Also add and chopped parsley and grind finely to a smooth paste.Remove in a bowl and keep aside.Remove crust of the bread slices. Cut each bread slice into 4 pieces.Spread each piece of bread with the chicken mixture. Then deep fry toast until golden brown and crisp.Put on a platter, garnish with mustard paste and tomato ketchup. Serve hot.
