Chicken Egg on Chicken Toast
Ingredients
- Chicken mince 300 gm
- Bread slices 4 – 5
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Spring onion 1
- Egg 1
- Corn flour 2 tbsp
- Parsley chopped ¼ bunch
- Oil for fry
- Boiled egg 1
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper powder ¼ tsp
- Sesame seeds 1 tbsp
- Mustard paste 2 tbsp
- Tomato ketchup 2 tbsp
Method
- In chopper put together 300 chicken mince, 1 egg, 1 boiled egg, 2 tbsp corn flour, 1 spring onion, 1 tbsp sesame seeds and 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste. Chopperize well.Also add and chopped parsley and grind finely to a smooth paste.Remove in a bowl and keep aside.Remove crust of the bread slices. Cut each bread slice into 4 pieces.Spread each piece of bread with the chicken mixture. Then deep fry toast until golden brown and crisp.Put on a platter, garnish with mustard paste and tomato ketchup. Serve hot.
