Chicken and cabbage soup


Ingredients
  • Julienne cut chicken fillets 1
  • Cabbage ¼ piece
  • Bean sprouts ½ cup
  • Ginger 1 piece
  • Chicken stock 2 glasses
  • Salt as required
  • Crushed black pepper powder 1/4tsp
  • Corn flour 2tbsp
  • Whipped egg ½
  • Oil 1 tbsp
Method:-
  • Julienne cut the chicken fillet.Heat oil in a wok and fry the chopped ginger along with the chicken strips.When the color of the chicken changes add the shredded cauliflower and fry for 2 more minutes.Add 2 glasses of chicken stock , salt as required,1/4tsp black pepper powder,1/2 cup beans sprouts and 1-2 julienne cut black mushrooms.Mix 2tbsp of corn flour in water and pour into the chicken stock. Stir until the soup thickens.Beat an egg and slowly pour it in while stirring the soup. The egg will spread into ribbons.Turn the flame off and serve.
