Calabrian Pasta


Ingredients
  • Oil 3 tbsp
  • Cheddar cheese 50 gm
  • Parmesan cheese 25 gm
  • Fresh cream 4 tbsp
  • Vinegar 1 tbsp
  • Parsley chopped ½ bunch
  • Pasta ½ packet
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper ¼ tsp
  • Celery stick chopped 1
Method
  • Boil pasta and keep aside.In a bowl mix together 50 gm cheddar cheese, 25 gm parmesan cheese and 4 tbsp fresh cream. Mix well.Add in salt to taste and ¼ tsp black pepper.Heat oil in a wok, add in 1 chopped celery stick and ½ bunch of chopped parsley. Fry for 1 – 2 minutes. Now add boiled pasta and mix well for a few minutes. Then add cheese sauce and cook for 2 – 3 minutes, dish it out and serve hot.
