White chocolate trifle


Ingredients for custard
  • Milk 4 cups
  • Sugar ½ cup
  • Corn flour 2 tbsp
  • Vanilla essence 1 tsp
  • White chocolate grated ½ cup
  • Fresh cream ½ cup
  • Butter cake 1 pounds
  • Cherries 1 can
  • Fresh cream whipped 1 packet
Method
  • Make custard with corn flour, cool fold in whipped cream ½ cup, cut cake into small pieces, spread in a trifle bowl, spoon cherries with syrup on cake pieces top with half custard, repeat layer with cake, cherry filling and custard, cover and chill for 2 hours, spread whipped cream over trifle in a thin layer, decorate with whipped cream, chocolate sauce, serve chilled.
