TERYAKI NOODLES

TERYAKI NOODLES


Ingredients:
  • Chicken Breast 3 pieces
  • Kolson Spaghetti 1 packet
  • Teriyaki sauce 2 tbsp
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • Chicken cube with flour 1 tbsp
  • Chopped ginger 1 tbsp
  • Oil ½ cup
  • Salt to taste
For Sauce:
  • Teryaki Sauce 3 tbsp
  • Brown sugar 1 tbsp
  • Chicken cube flour ½ tbsp
  • Soya sauce 1 tsp
Method:
  • Take some water in the pan and boil the noodles add in 2 tbsp oil in it. When the noodle is boiled, drain the water and put some oil in it. Keep it aside. Now take 3 pieces of chicken, put 2 tbsp teriyaki sauce, 2 tbsp soya sauce, 1 tbsp chicken cube flour, some salt and 1 tsp chopped ginger. Mix everything and keep it for ½ an hour. Now put some oil in the frying pan and add chicken in it. Cook it till the water dries and then add in the spaghetti. Mix everything. Now mix 3 tbsp teriyaki sauce, 1 tbsp brown sugar, ½ tbsp chicken cube flour and 1 tsp soya sauce in the pan. Mix everything. Pour the sauce over the spaghetti and serve.
