Tandoori biryani


Ingredients
  • Chicken 1 kg 12 pieces
  • Vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Salt 1 ½ tsp
  • Chili powder 2 tsp
  • Allspice 1 tsp
  • Orange color pinch
  • Coriander roasted and crushed 1 tbsp
  • White cumin roasted and crushed 1 tbsp
  • Tomatoes 3 chopped
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Brown onion 1 cup
  • Rice ½ kg soaked for 30 minutes and boiled
  • Green chilies 4 sliced
  • Coriander leaves ½ cup
  • Mint leaves few
Method
  • Marinate chicken with Vinegar 2 tbsp, Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp, Salt 1 ½ tsp, Chili powder 2 tsp, Allspice 1 tsp, Orange color pinch, Coriander roasted and crushed 1 tbsp, White cumin roasted and crushed 1 tbsp, heat ¾ cup oil add 1 cup brown onion with chopped tomatoes, add yogurt fry well add marinated chicken fry for 10 minutes, cover and leave it for a while till chicken tender, top chicken with coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chilies, add boiled rice on top, cover and leave it on dum.
