Southern Macaroni
Ingredients
- Beef sliced ½ kg
- Chicken stock 1 cup
- Kolson Macaroni boiled ½ packet
- Fresh cream 100 ml
- All spice ½ tsp
- Coriander leaves ¼ bunch
- Almond ground 25 gm
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Green cardamom ground ½ tsp
- Cloves ground ¼ tsp
- Cinnamon powder ¼ tsp
- Onion ground 1
- Coriander powder 1 tsp
- Cumin powder 1 tsp
- Chili powder 1 tsp
- Oil ¼ cup
- Salt to taste
- Mozzarella cheese ½ packet
Method
- Boil ½ packet of kolson macaroni and keep it aside.Cut ½ kg beef into slices, heat ¼ cup oil in a wok, add 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste and sliced beef. Fry well till water dries and its color turn to golden brown.Add in ½ tsp all spice powder, ½ tsp ground green cardamom, ¼ tsp ground cinnamon and 1 ground raw onion. Fry well for 2 – 3 minutes.
- Then add in 1 tsp coriander powder, 1 tsp cumin powder, ¼ tsp ground cloves and 1 tsp chili powder. Fry well.Now add 1 cup chicken stock, 25 gm ground almonds, 100 ml fresh cream and boiled macaroni. Mix very well.
- Pour mixture in an oven proof dish. Top with chopped coriander leaves and ½ packet grated mozzarella cheese.Bake in a preheated oven on 200 degrees for 5 – 6 minutes.Serve hot.
