Southern Macaroni


Ingredients
  • Beef sliced ½ kg
  • Chicken stock 1 cup
  • Kolson Macaroni boiled ½ packet
  • Fresh cream 100 ml
  • All spice ½ tsp
  • Coriander leaves ¼ bunch
  • Almond ground 25 gm
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Green cardamom ground ½ tsp
  • Cloves ground ¼ tsp
  • Cinnamon powder ¼ tsp
  • Onion ground 1
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Cumin powder 1 tsp
  • Chili powder 1 tsp
  • Oil ¼ cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Mozzarella cheese ½ packet
Method
  • Boil ½ packet of kolson macaroni and keep it aside.Cut ½ kg beef into slices, heat ¼ cup oil in a wok, add 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste and sliced beef. Fry well till water dries and its color turn to golden brown.Add in ½ tsp all spice powder, ½ tsp ground green cardamom, ¼ tsp ground cinnamon and 1 ground raw onion. Fry well for 2 – 3 minutes.
  • Then add in 1 tsp coriander powder, 1 tsp cumin powder, ¼ tsp ground cloves and 1 tsp chili powder. Fry well.Now add 1 cup chicken stock, 25 gm ground almonds, 100 ml fresh cream and boiled macaroni. Mix very well.
  • Pour mixture in an oven proof dish. Top with chopped coriander leaves and ½ packet grated mozzarella cheese.Bake in a preheated oven on 200 degrees for 5 – 6 minutes.Serve hot.
