Peach melba
Ingredients
- Vanilla Ice Cream 2 scoop
- Prepared Melba Sauce 2 tbsp
- Whipped Cream as required
- Wafer Biscuits as required
Method
- In a ice cream cup put 2 scoop of vanilla ice cream, top with peach slices, 2 tbsp of prepared melba sauce, decorate top and sides with whipped cream, serve with wafer biscuits.
Melba sauce
Ingredients
- Strawberry jam 2 tbsp
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
- Fruit syrup ¼ cup
- Red color few drops
Method
- Mix all the ingredients well, use as required.
