Peach and Cinnamon Crumble
Ingredients:
- 120 grams butte
- 120 grams brown sugar
- Rind of 1 lemon
- 4 egg yolks
- 100 grams flour
- 80 grams whole wheat flour
- 3 ml salt
- 8 ml baking powder
- Peach sliced 10-15
For topping:
- 100 grams flour
- 80 grams whole wheat flour
- 3 ml ground cinnamon
- 1 ml grated nutmeg
- Ground cloves a pinch
- 90 grams brown sugar
- 120 grams butter
- Beat the butter, sugar and rind all together until light and fluffy. Then beat in egg yolks until creamy.Sift all the dry ingredients and gently fold in the creamed mixture.
- Now put the creamed mixture onto a baking tray then put the peach slices on the top of it.Then for topping combine flour, spices and stir in sugar, rub in the butter until mixture is crumbly.
- Then sprinkle over the peaches and bake for 20-25 minutes.
