Mocha ceramal trifle
Ingredients
- Chocolate Swiss roll slices 12 to 15
- Cream tetra pack 400 gm chilled
- Gelatin 1 tbsp dissolved in ¼ cup water
- Coffee 1 tbsp mixed with ½ cup water
- Sugar ½ cup
- Walnuts halves to decorate as required
- Cherries to decorate as required
- Chocolate sauce for decoration
- Praline ½ cup
Method
- Dissolve gelatin in ¼ cup water keep aside, dissolve coffee in ½ cup water and keep aside, in a sauce pan melt ½ cup sugar, when sugar melts add coffee liquid, cook till sugar melts, add dissolve gelatin, remove and cool mixture, beat 2 packets cream stiff mix with cooled coffee and sugar mixture.
- Put Swiss roll on base and sides of trifle bowl, moist with any fruit syrup, top with whipped cream and coffee mixture, sprinkle with prepared praline, decorate with whipped cream, cherries and walnuts halves and chocolate sauce.
