DAAL AUR SABZI KI GRAVY
Ingredients:
- Yellow lentil 1 tbsp
- Boiled potatoes 1
- Bottle gourd 1 small piece
- Salt to taste
- Butter 1 tbsp
- Peas ½ tbsp
Method:
- Wash and soak yellow lentil and put it in the pan along with boiled potatoes, ½ tbsp peas, 1 small bottle gourd and 2 cups of water. Cook it till the lentil is completely cooked. Blend all the ingredients together in the blender and put it in the pan again. Add some salt and 1 tbsp butter. Serve it with soft boiled rice to children.
