Coups jacks
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Fruit Cocktail
- 1 scoop of Ice Cream
- Chocolate Sauce for Garnishing
- Wafer Biscuit
- Whipped Cream
Method
- In a glass put 2 tbsp fruit cocktail, a scoop of ice cream, top with melba sauce, drizzle chocolate sauce for garnishing, put wafer biscuit on each side, decorate with whipped cream.
