Chicken Fettuccini with mushroom sauce


Ingredients
  • Boneless chicken Julian 250 gm
  • Butter 2 ounce
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Mushrooms sliced ½ cup
  • Stock 1 cup
  • Cream ½ cup
  • Spring onion finely chopped ½ cup
  • Flour 2 tbsp mixed with ½ cup water
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • Parmesan cheese 2 tbsp
  • Fettuccini boiled 3 cups
Method
  • Heat oil and butter add garlic, fry for 1 minute till light golden, add chicken Julian, sauté for 5 minutes, add mushrooms with stock, add cream, flour paste with salt and black pepper crushed, fold in boiled fettuccini, mix till combined. Sprinkle top with parmesan cheese, serve immediately with garlic bread.
