Bran Bread


Ingredients:
  • 500 grams flour
  • 250 grams chocker
  • 150 grams oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 50 grams sugar
  • 30 grams yeast
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
Method:
  • Combine the flour, chocker, oil salt, sugar, yeast eggs and brown sugar in a bowl.Knead the dough properly and leave it aside to rise.Spread the mixture in a loaf pan and bake in a preheated oven at 180C for 20 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes in pan on wire rack; remove bread from pan. Cool completely. Cut into slices to serve.
