Basic vanilla ice-cream


Ingredients
  • Milk ½ kg
  • Eggs 3
  • Corn flour 2 tbsp
  • Cream 400 gm
  • Sugar 150 gm
  • Vanilla essence 1 tsp
Method
  • Cook milk leaving a little aside, beat eggs and sugar together with a left over milk, dissolve corn flour in it, when milk boils add in corn flour paste, stirring continuously then adding ebaten eggs and sugar, whisking well and cook for just 1 minute and remove, cool, whip cream, fold to the cool mixture put in the ice cream mixture to set.
