Almonds biscuits


Ingredients
  • Flour 4 ounces
  • Corn flour 2 ounces
  • Butter 2 ½ ounce
  • Almonds blanched and powdered ½ cup
  • Almonds essence ¼ tsp
  • Caster sugar 3 ounce
  • Beaten egg 1
Method
  1. Sieve flour and corn flour together, mix with powdered almonds, beat butter and sugar well add beaten eggs and essence, fold in flour and almonds mixture, grease a loaf tin put the mixture in it, level well, chill for 20 minutes, over turn from tin, cut in rectangular thin sliced, place on a grease tray, bake on 150 degree C till light brown.
