Almonds biscuits
Ingredients
- Flour 4 ounces
- Corn flour 2 ounces
- Butter 2 ½ ounce
- Almonds blanched and powdered ½ cup
- Almonds essence ¼ tsp
- Caster sugar 3 ounce
- Beaten egg 1
Method
- Sieve flour and corn flour together, mix with powdered almonds, beat butter and sugar well add beaten eggs and essence, fold in flour and almonds mixture, grease a loaf tin put the mixture in it, level well, chill for 20 minutes, over turn from tin, cut in rectangular thin sliced, place on a grease tray, bake on 150 degree C till light brown.
