Chinese chicken mushroom


Ingredients
  • Chicken boneless 1/2kg
  • Sliced mushrooms 1 cup
  • Chicken stock 1 cup
  • Soya sauce 1tbsp
  • Chili garlic sauce 2tbsp
  • Worcestershire sauce 1tbsp
  • Oyster sauce 1tbsp
  • Corn flour 2tbsp
  • Garlic paste 1tbsp
  • Chinese salt 1/2tsp
  • Sugar 1/2tsp
  • Oil 3-4tbsp
  • Salt as required
  • Black pepper powder 1/4tsp
  • Green onions 1
  • Green chilies 2-3
  • Oil for frying
Method:-
  • Marinate the chicken with salt,1/2tbsp garlic paste and 1tbsp corn flour.Deep fry in hot oil until golden brown in colorIn a separate wok heat 2-3tbsp of oil and add the remaining garlic paste, fried chicken,1 cup mushrooms,1 green onion, and 2-3 green chilies. Sauté for a few minutes.
  • Add 2tbsp garlic sauce, 1tbsp Worcestershire sauce, 1tbsop oysters sauce, 1tbsp soya sauce, salt as required, 1/4tsp black pepper powder, 1/2tsp Chinese salt. Stir fry for around 2 minutes.
  • Add 1 cup chicken stock and boil. Add 1tbsp corn flour and stir until the gravy thickensServe with boiled rice
