Thai Coconut Noodles


Ingredients:
  • Maggie Hamara noodles 1 packet
  • Chicken (Boneless) 1 cup
  • Lemons 1-2
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Curry paste 2 tsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Oil/clarified butter 2 tbsp
  • Coconut Milk 4-5 tbsp
Method:
  • Saute 1 tsp ginger garlic paste in 2 tbsp oil or clarified butter. Add in 2 tsp curry paste and ½ tsp salt. Mix everything together. Add in 1 cup boneless chicken in the prepared masala and cook it on a low flame for 8-10 minutes. When the chicken tenders add in 4-5 tbsp coconut along Maggie hamara noodles masalay daar taste maker and 1 tsp sugar. Mix everything. Separately boil 1 packet hamara Maggie noodles in 3-4 cup boiling water for around 5-6 minutes. Dish the boiled noodles in the serving dish spread the prepared chicken mixture over it. Garnish Thai coconut noodles with lemon and serve.
