Summer Fish



Ingredients

  • Fish fillet 300 gm
  • Boiled green beans 125 gm
  • Cucumber sliced 1
  • Boiled eggs 2
  • Baby tomatoes 2 – 3
  • Radish 3 – 4
  • Olive 5 – 6
  • Lettuce 1 bunch
  • Iceberg half
  • Olive oil ¼ cup
  • Garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Lemon juice 3 tbsp
  • Mustard paste 1 tbsp
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
Method
  • Boil 4 eggs, remove skin and cut each into four pieces.Boil 300 gm fish fillets for 3 – 4 minutes.Remove from pan and keep aside.Finely chop 1 bunch of salad leaves, half iceberg, 2 – 3 tomatoes, 3 – 4 radish, 125 gm green beans and 5 – 6 olives.Mix well.
  • Coarsely chop boiled fish and add to the vegetables.In another bowl put together ¼ cup olive oil, 3 tbsp lemon juice, salt to taste, 1 tsp crushed red pepper and 1 tbsp mustard paste. Mix well and make thick dressing.
  • Spread on top of vegetable mixture.Garnish with boiled eggs and serve.
