Summer Fish

- Fish fillet 300 gm
- Boiled green beans 125 gm
- Cucumber sliced 1
- Boiled eggs 2
- Baby tomatoes 2 – 3
- Radish 3 – 4
- Olive 5 – 6
- Lettuce 1 bunch
- Iceberg half
- Olive oil ¼ cup
- Garlic paste 1 tsp
- Lemon juice 3 tbsp
- Mustard paste 1 tbsp
- Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Boil 4 eggs, remove skin and cut each into four pieces.Boil 300 gm fish fillets for 3 – 4 minutes.Remove from pan and keep aside.Finely chop 1 bunch of salad leaves, half iceberg, 2 – 3 tomatoes, 3 – 4 radish, 125 gm green beans and 5 – 6 olives.Mix well.
- Coarsely chop boiled fish and add to the vegetables.In another bowl put together ¼ cup olive oil, 3 tbsp lemon juice, salt to taste, 1 tsp crushed red pepper and 1 tbsp mustard paste. Mix well and make thick dressing.
- Spread on top of vegetable mixture.Garnish with boiled eggs and serve.
